Our Return Policy:

*READ TO THE END TO LEARN HOW TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN!*

As we hate that you are wanting to return your Dream Valley Boutique purchase, we understand that sometimes it is unavoidable. If you purchased an item online or in store and need to return, please read our full policy.

We offer a store credit for merchandise still with the original tags, no odor, no hair, no stains, in excellent condition 14 days from original purchase. All sales at any of the vendor events we do are final. Please make sure to try on those items if possible! Shoes must be unworn and in the original box/packaging. You must provide your order number/receipt.  We do not offer cash exchanges, only store credit. 

Excluded items are: any under garments (body suits, tanks, etc.), anything not in perfect return condition, jewelry, any makeup/beauty product, any items that are on sale in the sale tab, anything marked all sales final.

Dream Valley Boutique has the right to refuse a return at any time for any reason.

We work very hard to inspect your order before it is shipped. We do recommend you to  purchase shipping insurance at check out as Dream Valley Boutique is not responsible for any shipping damages. If your package arrives damaged, please email dreamvalleyreturns@gmail.com within 2 days with your order number and a picture of the damage. Dream Valley Boutique has the right to NOT issue a return due to damage. 

 

To start the return process:

1.Whether you purchased your item in store or online you will start the return process by sending an email to dreamvalleyreturns@gmail.com make sure to include order number/receipt, reason for returning, in store return or shipped return.

2.If you wish to return in store at Envy 22 Hair Studio in Boaz, you will be instructed how and when to do so. WE DO NOT DO RETURNS IN STORE! If you come in store to start a return, you WILL be directed to email dreamvalleyreturns@gmail.com. You can only bring in your return after you are instructed to do so through email. 

3. To ship back your return please ship it to:

4. You are responsible for all shipping charges for your return and you will not be refunded for any shipping you paid to have your item shipped to you. We recommend you purchase shipping insurance because we will not accept the return if it arrives back to us damaged.  Your item must be shipped/postmarked within 2 days from emailing us.
5. In store returns must be made on the dates instructed to you in the email and that address is:

6. Your store credit will be issued via email after your return is received and inspected.
